Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026.

Read this before you rely on anything a calculator here returns. Opening a page or running one of the four tools means you have agreed to what follows.

What you are actually getting

Type a balance, a wage figure, or an asset total into any calculator on IRSReliefGuide and you get back a number built from a published IRS formula: a penalty percentage, a posted interest rate, a rough collection-potential estimate. That output is meant to help you plan your next move. It is not a bill, not a settlement offer, and not a substitute for whatever your actual IRS account shows. Nobody at IRSReliefGuide reviews your specific tax situation, so using a tool here, reading an article, or messaging us through the contact form does not put you in an accountant, preparer, or attorney relationship with this site or with Encore Editorial.

No promises about accuracy or uptime

Everything on this site, the calculators, the written guides, the reference tables, is offered as is. We do not promise a tool will run without error, that a server will stay up, or that a formula fits your particular circumstances perfectly. Where the law permits it, IRSReliefGuide will not be held responsible for a loss connected to something you did based on a number from this site, a guide you read here, or a link that took you somewhere else. If a real IRS notice ever disagrees with what a calculator showed you, the notice wins.

How affiliate links work

Some outbound links on this site earn us a commission if you click through and complete an action on the other end. Whether that commission gets paid never influences what a calculator computes or what a guide tells you to do.
